Delille Cellars 2016 Roofline – Rhone Style Red
Bold aromas of blackberry and currant mingle with intriguing peppercorn and violets on the nose of this limited release red blend. Pliable tannin on the palate gives welcome structure to the generous flavors of plum and dried herbs. Roofline was blended in celebration of Delille’s new tasting room at Hollywood Station in Woodinville at the old Redhook Brewery – a nod to the unique roofline of this iconic site.

Full Size Vinaigrette Salad
Fresh romaine, sliced tomato, olives, red onions, and artichoke hearts with
our homemade balsamic vinaigrette dressing and parmesan cheese.
Stuffed Pork Loin Entree
Pork Loin with homemade stuffing (includes walnuts), wrapped in prosciutto and topped with a red wine-raisin cream sauce and fontina cheese. Served with a side of potato gnocchi topped with parmesan cheese.
Berry Burst Sheet Cake
This is a beautiful dessert created from two layers of sweet vanilla cake and a light cream filling with delicious raspberries and blueberries sitting atop a raspberry mirror. It looks great and tastes even better. Two pieces per order.
